Terms and Conditions

Programs and Structure

Tech BridgeX Academy offers intensive, skill-based training in the following fields:

• Graphics Design
• Motion Graphics and Motion Design
• Video Editing
• Introduction to Web3 and Blockchain
• AI Automation
• Virtual Assistance
• Forex Trading

Each program runs for two (2) months and is structured as follows:

• Month One — Basic/Foundation Level: Completely free and open to new students. This phase covers the fundamentals of the selected course.
• Month Two — Advanced Level: A paid phase covering advanced tools, topics, and projects. Only students who complete Month One and choose to continue are required to pay the applicable course fee.

Enrollment and Admission

• Enrollment is open to individuals aged 16 and above, or younger individuals with appropriate parental or guardian consent.
• Available seats are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Tech BridgeX Academy reserves the right to approve or decline admission.

Fees and Payment

• The first month (Basic/Foundation class) is free.
• The second month (Advanced class) attracts the stated training fee.
• Fees must be paid in full before the Advanced phase begins, unless an alternative payment arrangement has been approved by management.
• Students must retain payment receipts for verification.
• Fees are non-transferable between students or courses.

Refund Policy

Tech BridgeX Academy operates a strict no-refund policy. Once the Advanced class begins, refunds are not granted except in exceptional circumstances, subject to management review and approval.

Attendance and Punctuality

• A minimum of 80% attendance is required to qualify for a certificate.
• Persistent lateness or absenteeism may result in exclusion from a program.
• Students may request access to recorded sessions when absent, subject to availability and Academy policies.

Conduct and Discipline

Students must maintain respectful and professional behavior and comply with the Academy's reasonable rules and instructions. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Harassment, fighting, intimidation, or abusive language.
• Plagiarism, cheating, or other forms of academic dishonesty.
• Intentional or negligent damage to Academy property.
• Smoking, alcohol misuse, or involvement in illegal activities on Academy premises.

Misconduct may result in suspension or permanent dismissal, depending on the severity of the incident. Any refund will remain subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Class Recordings and Media Use

• Live sessions may be recorded for educational, administrative, or promotional purposes.
• Students will be informed about recording and promotional use. Consent for promotional use may be withdrawn by submitting a written request to the Academy, subject to applicable law.
• Recordings made available for learning are intended for enrolled students and must not be shared, reproduced, or sold without written permission.

Learning Materials and Intellectual Property

All learning materials provided by Tech BridgeX Academy or its instructors, including notes, videos, presentations, assignments, and course resources, remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

Students receive permission to use these materials for their personal educational purposes. Students must not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit these materials without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.

Use of Facilities and Safety

• Students must keep the Academy environment clean and use facilities and equipment responsibly.
• Students may be held responsible for damage caused intentionally or negligently, subject to a fair assessment of the circumstances and applicable law.
• Students are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. The Academy will address any responsibility for loss or damage in accordance with applicable law.

Certification

Certificates are issued only to students who satisfy the applicable attendance requirements, complete the required projects or assessments, and meet all relevant financial obligations.

A certificate confirms completion of the applicable training requirements. It does not guarantee employment, business success, income, trading profits, or any particular financial outcome.

Liability and Disclaimer

Training and learning materials are provided for educational purposes. While Tech BridgeX Academy aims to provide useful and reliable instruction, it does not guarantee specific learning, employment, business, or financial outcomes.

Students are responsible for backing up their digital work and using equipment responsibly. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments and Updates

Tech BridgeX Academy may revise these Terms when necessary to reflect operational, educational, or legal changes. Updates will be communicated through official notices, email, or in-class announcements.

Where required by law, material changes will be communicated and any necessary consent will be obtained. Continued participation after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where such acceptance is legally valid.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Subject to applicable law and the jurisdiction of any competent court, disputes arising from these Terms may be brought before the appropriate courts in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.
